The U.A.E (United Arab Emirates) is a constitutional federation of seven hereditary absolute monarchies, governed by a Federal Supreme Council made up by the seven Rulers of the Emirates.  Although selected by the Supreme Council, the positions of the President and Prime Minister are essentially hereditary, with the Ruler of Abu Dhabi being the President and the Ruler of Dubai the Prime Minister of the UAE.

The largest in landmass is Abu Dhabi covering about 70% of the UAE serving as the Capital, with Dubai coming in 2^nd in place, the largest and most populous city. Dubai is a global city and business hub of the Middle East, a major global transport hub for passengers and cargo. Its oil revenue helped accelerate the development of the city, but Dubai's oil reserves are limited and production levels are low, with less than 5% of its revenue today generated from oil. Thanks to the visionary genius of its ruler, Dubai has become a growing centre for regional and international trade since the early 20th century and relies on revenues from trade, tourism, aviation, real estate, and financial services. Dubai has attracted world attention through large construction projects and sports events, in particular the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. The Burj Al Arab is frequently described as the world's only 7-star luxury hotel. Burj Khalifa, is a 828 meters (2,717 ft) high skyscraper and the tallest building in the world. The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago created using reclaimed land, shaped like a palm tree, with stunning hotels, villas and private homes. Dubai Miracle Garden, a 72,000-metre (236,000-foot) flower garden, is the world's largest flower garden. The garden has a total of 45 million flowers with re-use of wastewater through drip irrigation.
